They are also required to have a direct experience in customer service in a call center, retail or hospitality environment.
Some travel is involved in this job, thus applicants must live in Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia or Wisconsin.
Amazon’s human resources positions would appreciate anywhere from two to eight years of experience in the field. A bachelor’s degree in human resources is needed although a master’s degree is preferred. They’ll also need to have experience in web-based hiring and assessment is a must-have.

Pay & Hours for Amazon Home-Based Jobs

The hourly pay of a home-based customer service representative is like $10/hour with performance-based bonuses and incentives. Now, hours may differ and both full-and part-time agents may be needed to work shifts that includes days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasionally over time.
Note that, for the salaried positions, pay is dependent on experience.
