Yandex.Mail is a free email service offering online message storage. It has features like e-cards, message templates, reminders, and keyboard shortcuts.
WRITING AND SENDING EMAIL IN YANDEX.MAIL
To make writing and sending emails in Yandex.Mail worth the while, one can use its rich text formatting options, template for e-cards, and save emails composed as templates. There is also a built-in translator that automatically convert messages composed into other languages.
When you send an email, you can tell Yandex.Mail to check for replies. After five days and no reply, you will be reminded to follow up if necessary. Yandex.Mail allows you to schedule email deliveries for later (Up to a little less than twelve months in advance). Thus weddings, birthdays and such emails always arrive on time.

On receiving attachments in Yandex.Mail, you are offered a convenient document viewer that displays Microsoft Office documents as well as PDF files in your browsers. When you click on a supported attachment, it will open in a separate window. You can select Save to Yandex.Disk to store it in the cloud.
On Yandex.Mail, you can attach files up to 12MB individually and 30MB in total per email. A link can also be inserted into an uploaded file on the Yandex. Disk cloud service, thereby raising the limit to 2GB per file.
SECURITY AND SPAM FILTERING
All incoming emails are scanned for spam, malware, and phishing. Senders can also be blocked manually. At certain times, a non-spam message could be sent to the spam folder. Of course, this can be redirected.
Yandex.Mail does not offer two-factor authentication for enhanced security, however, it provides a detailed activity log making it possible to detect suspicious activity. Remote clients can be logged out from the web interface.
Furthermore, Yandex.Mail offers a large selection of free custom themes to forward a person’s Yandex.Mail messages to other email programs and connect your account to other email clients via POP or IMAP.
YANDEX.MAIL LITE VERSION
Yandex has a lite version or the HTML version. To switch to the simple HTML version of Yandex Mail, the select a light version in the lower-left corner of your inbox.
The light version does not have the rich formatting feature and themes but it is much faster, making it ideal for slow internet connections. To switch back, select the full version below your inbox.
