Choose Which Products and Collections to Show on Facebook

This will show you all the tabs you are currently using. Navigate to the bottom of the list and tap on Add a Tab.

Look for Shop and click Add Tab.

This will have the shop tab added to your Facebook page.

To rearrange the order of your tabs, simply tap the three horizontal lines and drag your tabs into your preferred arrangement.

Ensure that when doing this, that your shop tab is in the top three. This will ensure that it is still visible when your tab list is shortened by the ‘See more’ link.

Configure Your Facebook Shop Tab

In case your shop tab is not displaying correctly, scroll back to Templates and tabs, then click on Settings, and ensure the Show Shop tab is on.

After you have done this, scroll back to your Facebook page and tap on ‘Shop’.

To continue, you must agree to Facebook’s Seller’s  Terms and Policies. Ensure to read through these before you agree and click on ‘Continue’.

Next, Facebook will prompt you on how you’d like people to purchase products from your shop.

If it’s anywhere outside of the U.S. then there are two options ‘Message to buy’ or ‘Checkout on another website:

In case you live outside in the U.S, you will also be offered the option to accept payments directly from your Facebook page by linking your bank or stripe account.

After you have chosen your shopping method, then it’s time to add products to your Facebook shop.

To start, visit your Facebook shop tab and tap on ‘Add Product’.

GMAIL CONTACTS – HOW TO OPEN AND ACCESS GMAIL CONTACTS

Gmail contacts allow you to add and edit people one contact frequently or even not so frequently.

To open your Gmail address book in a desktop browser, follow the steps below:

1. Open Gmail
2. Select the Apps icon located in the upper-right corner of the Gmail screen
3. Select contacts to open a new window with all your email addresses in it

One of the things users enjoy most about Gmail is that it is easy to use with other Google products like YouTube and photos.

The following features make managing contacts in Gmail easy:

• Clean up duplicate contacts automatically: If you want to check for duplicates, go to the left panel of the Google contact screen and select duplicates
• Merge contact List: This helps to import, export and print entire lists of contacts
• Group contacts together: This feature groups your business contacts separate from your personal contacts or create a mailing group for a particular project you are working on

Entering a sender into Google contacts sync the information across all your computers and mobile devices so it becomes available whenever you go and whatever device is being used.

After entering a group of information, we can organize, merge, and review them. One can even create personal mailing lists to send messages to groups without having to enter all their email addresses.

HOW TO ADD AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOUR GMAIL CONTACTS

After exchanging emails in Gmail with a new contact, it would be very much okay to add such contact or the sender to Google contacts.

Adding contacts to Google entails:

1. Open a message from the sender you want to share as a contact or Gmail
2. Hover the cursor over the sender’s name at the top of the email.
3. Click Add to contacts on the pop-up pane
4. Edit contact if necessary. This allows for adding note information about the contact. This could include the sender’s name, address and any other information
5. After adding all possible necessary information, the new contact can now be saved. Google could also automatically save it.

Saving an email address makes it easier for Gmail to auto-fill when you type a letter or two into the To Field as one composes a new email.

Gmail auto-fills the field based on contacts that match so you don’t have to look up addresses in your contacts list manually.

However, if you haven’t saved the address, Gmail can’t do this.

HOW TO UNSEND A MESSAGE IN GMAIL

A message can be prevented from going through after it has been sent. Just in case you sending an email to the wrong person, or the message has got spelling mistakes, a poorly worded subject, or you forgot to add a necessary attachment, the message can be stopped from being sent.

The feature that allows unending is the Undo Send setting. This feature helps you to pause the sending of messages for up to thirty seconds after pressing send. The feature is normally turned off by default.

ENABLING UNDO SEND FEATURE IN GMAIL

This enables Gmail to delay the sending of a message for a few seconds so that one can retrieve them in case there are necessary corrections or additions to be made to the message. To do this:

1. Open Gmail, select the Settings icon (gear) at the upper-right corner of the window. Choose Settings from the menu when it comes up.
2. Select General, if the General tab isn’t already active
3. In the Undo Send section, select the number of seconds you want Gmail to pause before sending messages. The choice ranges from five to thirty seconds.
4. Press Save Changes at the bottom of the page
5. The feature is now ready to be put into use.

UNSENDING AN EMAIL MESSAGE IN GMAIL

After sending an email, the sender may realize he doesn’t want to send it anymore. As soon as you realize you need to recall a sent mail, you do it by following the process:

• After sending the message, search for a menu bar at the bottom of your screen. Select Undo at this bar. A sending Undone confirmation alert appears.
• Another way to undo a sent message is to press the Z key on the keyboard immediately after the message has been sent. A Sending Undo confirmation alert also appears. A person has up to thirty seconds to recall a message after it has been sent. Most persons may prefer this approach.

After carrying out either method of recalling a sent message, the original message appears back on the screen. At this, you can either delete the message or effect the necessary changes or additions and then decide to send it or not.

UNSENDING AN EMAIL WITH THE GMAIL APP

To recall or unsend an email immediately after sending it using the Gmail mobile app, promptly tap the Undo icon at the bottom of the screen. An undoing alert appears and the email is displayed so one can make additions or make changes before sending the message again.

If the message is not sent again and the arrow that returns the message to inbox not tapped, an alert “Draft Saved” comes up with an option to discard the draft.
